The Gozney Roccbox-pizza baking steel insert is a laser cut component of the best quality low carbon steel that we can source and is treated with our proprietary finishing to achieve the best quality steel available in North America. Ultra conductive steel retains huge amounts of heat energy and heats up fast.
Choose between our Standard 1/4" (0.25) or 6.35mm thickness for low volume use, or our Deluxe 3/8" (0.375) or 9.53mm thickness for extra heat transfer capabilities for high volume cooking.
Item weight is 8.35 KG or 18.4 pounds for the 3/8"(0.375 or 9.53mm) model and 7.2 or 15.87 lbs. for the 1/4" (0.25" or 6.35mm) and this item is purchased at user own risk.
